It's getting ever closer!  Hope you all are as excited as we are, and are making your plans to attend our 25th Reunion (which would make it our Silver Anniversary, wouldn't it?) the last weekend in July.

EVENTS, DATES, LOCATIONS, ATTIRE

Icebreaker.  Friday evening, July 27, at Mulligan's (formerly Kelly's) on Stuebner Airline.  Attire:  Casual.

Picnic/BBQ (+ softball and soccer).  Saturday midday, July 28, at Candy Cane Park in Conroe.  Attire:  Very Casual

Dinner/Dance/Social.  Saturday evening, July 28, at Hotel Sofitel in Houston.  Attire:  Cocktail attire.

COSTS

Icebreaker is free;  food and drinks available for purchase onsite.

Picnic is free;  optional catered BBQ available.  BBQ tickets will be pre-sold for $7.50/adult plate, $4.00/child plate.

INVITATIONS/REGISTRATION FORMS

Please be on the lookout for these to arrive in the mail sometime toward the end of May.  Included will be details of the events, maps, and registration form with a return envelope.  Please complete and return ASAP.  All registrations accompanied by payments received before June 22 will be considered "Early Bird Registrations" and are eligible for the Grand Door Prize drawing.

PAYMENT

The events are being planned per the numbers we receive via the registration forms;  the caterers for both the BBQ and the dinner are requesting headcounts in advance.  We are asking for returned registrations & payments on or before July 10; if you foresee a reason to "pay at the door" please return you registration form on time with a note regarding the payment.  This will allow us to count you in!!!!  Please make all checks or money orders payable to:  Terri Hoppas Johnson/Class Reunion.

GAMES

Softball games will be held at the park during the picnic on Saturday, starting times to be announced.  May be multiple games.  Kids, teens, adults please sign up!  We're trying to arrange to have most of the equipment on hand, but please bring your own bat, ball, and/or glove, if available.  Details will be included in invitation/registration.  If you are interested in playing, please contact Marti McCall at martimccall@hotmail.com to sign up.

Soccer games for kids, teens, adults will be held during the Saturday picnic.  Please bring shin guards if possible.  Times and other details to follow in invitation/registration package.  Contact Robert Benson at mac.ben@prodigy.net or (915) 821-6352 to sign up.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Hotel Sofitel is holding a limited number of rooms for us at $69.00/night.   Let them know you're attending the "Klein HS Reunion of 1976" function and that your room should be $69.00 when you make your reservation.  The phone number is (281) 445-9000 or (800) SOFITEL.

T-SHIRTS

Commemorative t-shirts are being printed.  The order form for the shirts will be included in the registration package.
